These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of layoodtech.com and any services provided by Layood Technologies ("Layood", "we", "us"), a proprietorship business owned by Divyansh Jindal, registered in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India (GSTIN: 09CRFPJ1340C1Z9). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Layood provides web development, mobile app development, e-commerce solutions, SEO, digital marketing, UI/UX design, and AI/ML integration services. The specific scope, timeline, and cost of any project are agreed separately with each client, typically via a written quote, proposal, or invoice.

• Project pricing is communicated via quote or invoice before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Online payments (including bill payments via our website) are processed through Paytm. By making a payment, you confirm the amount and details are correct.
• Unless stated otherwise, projects typically require an advance payment before work starts, with the balance due on delivery or per agreed milestones.
• Delayed payments may result in a pause of ongoing work or delivery until dues are cleared.

Timely delivery depends on clients providing required content, feedback, access credentials, and approvals promptly. Delays caused by the client may extend agreed timelines correspondingly.

Upon full and final payment, ownership of the final delivered work (e.g., website, app source code, design files) transfers to the client, except for any third-party licensed components, open-source libraries, or Layood's own pre-existing tools/frameworks, which remain under their respective licenses. Layood retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

We strive to deliver high-quality, functional work. We provide reasonable bug-fix support for a defined period after delivery, as agreed per project. Beyond that, ongoing maintenance is available separately. Layood is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered work, third-party services, or external platform changes (e.g., hosting providers, app stores, payment gateways) beyond our control.

You agree not to misuse this website — including attempting unauthorised access, submitting false information, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on layoodtech.com (text, graphics, logos) is owned by Layood Technologies unless otherwise credited.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
